Policy Overview
Effective date: October 14, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how QR Craft Studio handles information. The app is operated by AAMISH BUILDERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, Pakistan (PK). Contact: aamishappstudio@gmail.com.
Information You Enter
You may type or import QR content such as website links, text, email addresses, phone numbers, contact details, Wi-Fi network names and passwords, social links, event information and other QR payloads. The app uses this information to generate QR codes on your device. Avoid encoding private information in QR codes you intend to share publicly.
Local Storage and Processing
QR codes and their content, drafts, folders, favorites, history, batch records, templates and design preferences are processed and stored locally on your device (including app-managed databases and preferences). This release does not require a user account, send your QR content to our servers, or provide cloud synchronization.
Photos, Logos and Files
If you choose a logo, background, image, CSV file or backup file, the app opens the Android file or media selection interface and uses the chosen content for the action you requested. It does not request broad photo-library, all-files, microphone, location, camera, or contacts permissions in the reviewed release. Contact information is manually entered, not taken from your address book.
Exports, Sharing and External Apps
When you export a QR code or share a generated image, link or file, you select where to save or send it using Android features. External apps and services (including cloud drives, email, social apps, printing services or file providers) may process the information under their own policies after you choose the destination. We do not control those third-party services.
Backups and Restore
You can create a local backup and restore supported app data. A backup may include saved QR payloads, folders, drafts, history, batch records and settings. It may contain sensitive text or Wi-Fi credentials that you previously encoded. Backups are not represented as encrypted files; keep them in a secure location. Exports and user-selected original image bytes may not be part of a backup. Restoring can replace current local data.
Ads, Analytics and Network Services
The reviewed version does not include advertising, analytics, account login, or a developer-operated cloud transfer service. It uses Android app components and local QR-generation libraries. App review must be repeated if a future release introduces ads, analytics, crash reporting or any data-collecting SDK.
Security
App-private content is stored in the Android application sandbox, subject to your device security and operating system safeguards. QR exports and backups stored outside the app are protected by the destination you choose. No storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid storing or sharing secrets unless necessary.
Retention and Deletion
Locally saved QR data remains on the device until you delete it in the app, clear the app storage, or uninstall the app. Deleting the app does not automatically remove files that you previously exported or backed up to other locations. Because this release does not create accounts or maintain a user-content server, there is no online account to delete.
Children and Intended Audience
This is a general-purpose QR creation utility and is not designed or marketed specifically for children. We do not knowingly operate a child-oriented account or data-collection service. A parent or guardian can contact us regarding privacy questions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. A revised policy will carry a new effective date and will be made accessible within the app and at the public policy page linked on Google Play.
